If the blood sugar level in an empty stomach is between 100 and 120 or the blood sugar level between 140 and 199 two hours after a meal, it is called pre-diabetes. In addition to type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes is also found in children. Diabetes is also diagnosed in children who do not have diabetes in their family history. Type 2 diabetes is a tragedy for society. In the early 90’s, 3% of children had type 2 diabetes, which has gone up to about 10% since 2000. Diabetes is now found in children as an epidemic.

Take the medicine as prescribed by the doctor, do not make any changes. Adjust the dose according to the blood sugar test. Eliminate or consume small amounts of sugar, sweets, bakery items, cold drinks and fried foods. Choosing a healthy lifestyle can help you normalize your blood sugar levels or at least prevent it from progressing to type two. Eat healthy, low-fat or low-calorie foods and include fruits and vegetables in your diet. Obese patients should lose weight.
